Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Authorized returns are for store credit or will include a 30% re-stocking fee.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
- Polymeric sand & mortar
- Bagged items
- Special order or non-stock items
- Clearance items
- Bulk material
- Dirty or damaged items

Garden Center Return Policy
- Annuals, Perennials, and House Plants are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Trees/Shrubs purchased at Regular Price are eligible for a 3-Month Warranty
- Trees/Shrubs purchased at a discounted price for any reason are not covered under the 3-Month Warranty.
- Items returned under the warranty will receive product exchange or store credit for equal value. There will be no cash refunds.
- Proof of purchase is required to receive warranty benefits.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These Red's Home & Garden Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to the redshomeandgarden.com website. Non-refundable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
Promotional use. Red’s Home & Garden Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities WITHOUT prior approval. Use of Red's Home & Garden's name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Red's Home & Garden or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.
Compliance with laws. By purchasing Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to Red's Home & Garden that the activities in connection with which the Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Red's Home & Garden. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Red's Home & Garden and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Lost or Stolen Gift Card. Stolen cards or lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards Do Not Expire. Red's Home & Garden Gift Cards never expire.
Governing Law. When you purchase, receive, or redeem a Red's Home & Garden Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of North Carolina shall govern these Terms and Conditions without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
